你有没有过这种时候：刚给 Sonarr 调好一套质量规则，转头 Radarr 又得重配一遍？
改完发现某条正则少了个括号，整个自定义格式失效；又或者换了个服务器，所有配置得手动导出导入，一搞就是两小时。
论坛抄来的规则版本不统一，今天能用明天就报错——你不是不会配，是根本没时间天天盯这些细节。
比如想屏蔽「WEBRip-AC3」但保留「WEB-DL-TrueHD」，光靠肉眼比对命名字符串几乎不可能；再比如刚加了一条「优先选 HEVC 但不超过 4GB」的规则，结果发现它和已有的「蓝光源优先」逻辑打架，下载队列卡住半天不动。

所有实例，不用一台台登录后台粘贴。它会自动识别 API 版本差异，把 v5 新增的 <code>allowedLanguages</code> 字段跳过 v4 实例，避免报错。</li> <li>设好定时任务，让它每天凌晨自动检查新版本、批量重命名媒体文件、清理旧备份，所有操作都带预览模式，删错前先看见会动哪些文件。比如重命名任务执行前，页面会列出「将把 <code>/TV/Attack on
